NYCO 1719 is a thickened mono-propylene glycol based fluid with
surfactants and corrosion inhibitor.
NYCO 1719 is fully biodegradable and triazole free.
• Removing frost and ice from the surface of landed / parked
civil and military aircrafts
• Preventing formation of frost and ice on the airframe surfaces
NYCO 1723 is a thickened mono-propylene glycol based fluid
with surfactants and corrosion inhibitor.
NYCO 1723 is ultimately biodegradable according to OECD
• Remove frost and ice from the surface of landed /
• Prevent the formation of frost and ice on the airframe
• Long range aircraft (NYCO 1723 is a thickened fluid
with an outstanding holdover time and intended to be
used especially on long range aircraft.)
NYCO 8243 is an ethylene glycol base fluid with inhibitor.
NYCO 8243 is used in removing frost and ice from the surface of landed / parked aircraft and to prevent the formation of frost and ice on the airframe surfaces.
NYCO 83483 is an homogenous mixture of pure petrolatum vaseline and 50% of fine molybdenum disulphide powder.
Molybdenum disulfide is a solid lubricant especially suitable for use at high temperature (up to 430°C) or under high load.
• Anti-seize, assembly, dismantling
• Tie bolts and nuts of wheels
• Threaded fasteners
Nycoprotec 8131 is a solvent-dispersed corrosion preventive compound which deposits thin and easily removable hard film after evaporation of solvent.
• Long term protection of metals when exposed to outdoor weather conditions and during shipments
• General purpose preservation - indoor or outdoor with or without cover - where a “dry to touch" film is required
• Application by spraying or brushing
Nycoprotec 8132 is a solvent-dispersed corrosion preventive compund forming a thin and easily removable soft film after evaporation of solvent.
Long term protection of ferrous and non-ferrous parts when exposed to indoor weather conditions, outdoor weather conditions with cover and during shipment
Application by spraying or dipping
Nyco Grease GN HC is an aircraft grease designed to lubricate and seal plug valves and all other components exposed to jet fuel in aircraft systems. It exhibits a strong resistance to wash-out by hydrocarbons as well as solvents. Nyco Grease GN HC is also used as sealing compound for valves conveying hot crude oil or natural gas in the Oil and Gas industry. It is not normally used in bearings because of its extreme tackiness and adherence to metal surfaces.
Nyco Grease GN HC is a Petroleum resistant grease intended for use in seal plug valves, components exposed to jet fuels, Oil & Gas Industry (valves conveying hot crude oil or natural gas).
Nyco 65 Vaseline is a stiff, rather tacky petrolatum (heavy mineral paraffin wax), with a melting point in the range 45 to 60°C. It is not aggressive to any metal or alloy.
Anti-seize, assembly and dismantling of aircraft and helicopter parts and seals
Temporary rust prevention in workshop
Battery terminals protection
Защита на клемите на батерията
Nyco Grease GN GA 47 is used as anti-seize compound on many aircraft parts - most of them, threaded parts exposed to high temperature. Examples of application are : engine spark plugs, propeller shafts, splines, threaded fasteners, etc. It can be used at temperatures as high as 500°C (high temperature areas of gas turbines).
Easily corrodable metals such as aluminium, magnesium or zinc coupled with electropositive metals (copper, nickel) may undergo electrolytic corrosion when assembled with Nyco Grease GN GA 47. It is therefore recommended not to use Nyco Grease GN GA 47 in contact with aluminium, magnesium or zinc alloys or plating.
Anti-seize, assembly, dismantling compound
Heavy load applications (wheels, etc.)
High temperature applications (engine spark plugs, propeller shafts, splines, threaded fasteners, fitting of rear parts of gas turbines, etc.)
NYCO 4223 is a molybdenum disulphide powder.
Anti-seize, assembly and dismantling
Friction and wear reduction on low and high velocity
How to use it : using a brush rub NYCO 4223 on the degreased dry surfaces.
NYCO 4223 is suitable for lubrication from -185°C to +450°C up to +1100°C under vacuum.
NYCO 4224 is micronised graphite for aerospace use.
NYCO 4224 is used as anti-seize compound for the
assembly of components exposed to high temperature,
as well as dry-film lubricant. It is also used in some
graphited oils and greases.
